Having grown up in India and having lived in Germany for the past three decades, I am truly privileged to have gained diverse experience in the IT industry throughout my career spanning 35 years. I have worked in more than 10 countries and led teams of all sizes across more than 25 countries in Europe and Asia and have been part of hundreds of client engagements across all the major industries.
I am passionate about analysing complex organisational challenges and creating pragmatic, implementable solutions, and I aspire to be the game changer in helping IT organisations and functions become resilient and profitable enterprises. I focus more on what clients need than what they ask for and do not hesitate to suggest solutions that meet their purpose, even if these solutions seem different to what my clients expect.
